Well, I figured it was time to update my profile a little bit. I'm a 29 year old mother of 4. Together with the absolute love of my life have a 8yo daughter, and a 6, 5, and 3 year old sons. They are the absolute death of me, but they are also the absolute joy of my life. They're wonderful kids, they really are. They are the song in my heart and the spring in my step Their Dad and I were married in June in Las Vegas with an Elvis wedding. We had the kids in tow and it was, surprisingly, not as tacky as I thought it would be. We spent the week in Las Vegas and it was our first REAL vacation as a whole family. Mike and I enjoy riding our Harleys together when we find a sitter. Yes, I ride my own. And she's a beauty. I enjoy scrapbooking and riding horses when I can find the other time. Otherwise, I'm on here. We recently sold our horses, but plan on getting more soon. We raise Black Angus cattle and currently have a herd of 10 that will soon be growing since it's "that time" for the heffers. We have one dog, Trinity, our rottie is who is just another kid and we recently got a kitten, Buttercup (I never thought I'd hear myself say we have a cat) but we need one to keep the mice away. My philosophy in life is that it's not about the destination, but about the journey. I have learned that life is too precious to not take that leap. Today could be your last day and what would you have done with it?

Soo how is your day going? Mine is draggin by.. the clock refuses to say 4:30pm.. LoL.. but then thats probably because it knows I want out of this office! Have a good afternoon. |

P.S. I promise to get a blog up SOON. Bo's been on leave this week and he's keeping me busy with family stuff (not that I'm complaining!). He "should" be going back to work tomorrow..although he's trying to con his way into being off til Monday..so if he goes to work tomorrow, I'll get an entry up! |

 Philly Cheese and cheddar make everyday mashed potatoes melt in your mouth. Plus the cheddar topping adds even more cheesey taste. The kids absolutely adored this when I made it last night and it only took me a half hour from start to finish.
